We ship our products after undergoing three stages of quality control. However, if you receive a damaged product due to a transaction error, please contact us via email or our website, and we will be happy to replace it for you.

If you are not satisfied with your jewelry for whatever reason, you can refund it within 60 days. The product should be in its original packaging and show no signs of damage or misuse. Eligible returns must be sent via registered mail. We will refund you the amount you paid for the order, minus shipping and packaging. If you are located in the UK or US, we cover those charges as well for orders made after 21 February, 2025.

Production of personalized jewelry typically takes 5-6 business days.

Unfortunately, personalized jewelry cannot be returned. However, we do offer a replacement if the product is damaged within one year.
