I ordered a ring on January 8th, and it didn’t arrive until January 25th—despite the company promising a 3–7 day delivery window. After wearing it for just a day, the diamond fell out. I contacted them, and they assured me they would send a replacement.
When the replacement arrived, it was the wrong ring entirely. At that point, I was done with the back and forth and just wanted a refund. I returned the ring on February 9th, and they received it on February 11th. It has now been nine days, and I still haven’t received my refund. When I followed up, they claimed it had been issued, but after speaking with my bank, I confirmed that no refund was ever processed.
This company is completely unreliable—don’t waste your money.
