Classy & dainty, unfortunately stones fell out.

I love this piece of jewellery because it is so dainty and classy. To my dismay, three diamonds fell out within 2 days of me wearing it. Norm Jewels responded to my emails promptly and am going through the process of getting a replacement.

My girl loves the ring. Great quality. Would've been just a bit better at 5 3/4 instead of 5.5 or 6 but she says it still fits great. No complaints, fast shipping.

Lovely but faulty - Customer Service not great

Beautiful ring however it took a while to arrive and when it did there was a stone missing. I called customer services who didn’t really seem that interested nor did they apologise or offer to pay for the return. They told me to return it for a replacement but i would have to wait another 5-8 business days from when they receive the ring back unless I wanted to place a new order. Not sure whether to re-order now. It’s a shame because there were 2 more rings and a necklace I was interested in buying too!
