Great Customer Service!

I'm unsure if it's because I left a review first, but I received amazing customer service. The first ring I got lost a stone quite quickly-honestly that isn't something that's supposed to happen at all, so if ordering from Norm please keep in mind that slight possibility. However, customer service was quick and helpful. Changed the ring to one where I felt the stones were more secure and I couldn't be happier! Norm also has a one year warranty which definitely calmed my worries. If you're debating ordering, I'd say research stone settings and choose one that's super secure!
