This is my 5th ring purchase from norm jewellery and every one of them are amazing. This ring was a treat to myself as I spotted it on the website and loved the design. It came beautifully packaged like all the other rings I have got from norm jewellery but this ring on is just stunning. I've received so many compliments on this ring already. Amazing ring BUT!

I absolutely loved this ring when I first got it! It was beautiful, fit perfectly, and quickly became my favorite piece to wear every day. Unfortunately, after just two weeks of daily use, the stone fell off, which was really disappointing. I had high hopes for its durability, but the quality didn’t hold up as I expected. I hope the issue can be resolved, as the design itself is stunning.

I’ll start by saying that Olivia is super responsive and kind and my review does not at all reflect poorly on her, she’s great. The ring, however is a mess. The stone seems to have been glued on/in and there is residue all over it. I can’t tell if the stone is still there since it’s so tiny and covered in glue. The return process is…complex. Forms to fill out, certified mail, sending it to the UK? I was offered a replacement but I’m not sure the ring will hold up so I opted to return. But it’s not clear when or if I will be refunded. It’s all just kind of a disappointing mess. I should have reviewed the return info before purchasing. I may have just received a bum piece since others seem so pleased with their purchases. It’s not clear yet how much it will cost me to return the ring. I guess I’ll find out when I finally make it to the Post Office. Review the FAQ before ordering.
