This is my 5th ring purchase from norm jewellery and every one of them are amazing. This ring was a treat to myself as I spotted it on the website and loved the design. It came beautifully packaged like all the other rings I have got from norm jewellery but this ring on is just stunning. I've received so many compliments on this ring already. I had many emails with customer services who were always very friendly and efficient. Sadly my engraving came through with an error but they were quick to resolve it, only costing me a nominal £1 fee to reopen the account. I'm very happy with the final product. 5 stars would be if it was right first time.

Really nice and dainty, looks better in person than the photos online. The picture doesn’t do it justice, also thanks to the team for being able to engrave it for me :)

Amazing quality , was abit unsure on buying the ring due to mixed reviews but I bought it and I’m glad I did , I even made a request for a sizing that they don’t advertise which they indeed made for me.

Amazing customer service Olivia was so lovely in helping me select the right item. The speed of delivery was good too
