very good craftmanship

The ring looks exactly like the photo. My new favourite statement piece that I can wear in the shower for a very competitive price. A lot cheaper than other brands. Customer service is very responsive and even changed the sizes when I ordered the wrong size. It arrived earlier than expected. Packaging looks super premium, Kinda reminds me of a tifanny box with a white Norm ribbon. Highly recommended!

The only reason I give it 4 stars is because of the sharp edges that make it uncomfortable to wear. Otherwise, it’s beautiful.

Beautiful Ring, Efficient service

Ordered my twist ring as a replacement wedding ring as I have a low profile engagement ring. The ring fits with my engagement ring perfectly. The ring arrived in a lovely box with a bow. The quality is excellent and the delivery was within 7 days. I would definitely recommend Norm Jewels.

Shipped incorrect ring / long shipping times

It took 3 weeks for the ring to arrive in Canada, only to find out they shipped the wrong ring. After notifying Norm Jewels, it took another 3 weeks to get the correct one to me. The ring itself is nice, but waiting 6 weeks to get what I ordered was way too long.
