You cannot sell a product to Canadians, “duties paid” and then the customer is faced with an invoice from Canada Border Agency in the amount of $128. You have refunded $70 to my visa, apparently. It is within your control to clarify the terms of the sale.

I’ve always wanted a ring for my “pointer” finger - something delicate - not thick. I’ve ordered from other jewelers and returned them because I found them to be toooo thin and not worth what I had paid for them. The ring I ordered from Norm Jewelers is a bamboo ring and I’m very pleased. Yes, it’s thin but I don’t feel I will have issues with it. It’s delicate looking but strong - 10kt yellow gold. Would I buy jewelry again from them. Absolutely! Maybe earrings this time. Oh, and their customer service staff is great. They respond promptly - but remember the time difference ☺️
Love the ring but she feels it’s tight. She can get it on but feels tight when she uses her hand. I know you allowed a return already. I’d like to return for a ring 1/2 size bigger. Is that possible?

It's not tiny. It's just right. Almost 2.5mm in width. Better than most wedding rings.
