Beautiful but scratches really easily

The ring is truly beautiful, and I love how it looks. We'll see how long it lasts tho, I wanted it to be my wedding band (I wanted something small and delicate-looking) but idk how long it will last, because I've been wearing it for a week doing normal activities - I work a desk job- nothing crazy, and it's already showing some scratches.
