Meaningful for my honey

This was supposed to be a present for my honey. It was a bit smaller than I had expected, and my fiance had to exchange it for a larger size. However, the customer service at Norm Jewels was fantastic and they were quick to assist us with the exchange process. Overall, I would highly recommend this ring as a meaningful and beautiful gift for someone special.

Responsive Support

I have had this for about a week and a stone has fallen out. However, Norm was extremely responsive and offered to replace. Hopefully this is just a fluke because I love this little ring.
