Ordered a 6 and it just wasnt quite the right fit for my girlfriend, had absolutely 0 issues in exchanging for a size up and cant commend customer service enough for helping rectify this issue with absolutely no problems at all, my girlfriend loves the ring and would recommend norm jewels to anyone looking at a similar gift for their partner!
