The fact that the ring I recieved exactly matched the online description gave me confidence ordering from Norm online without seeing the peice in person. Shipping was delayed without explination so I am not sure if its a common occurance for them or just a fluke that happened to me, but it did arrive quickly after being shipped.

Worth the wait!

I have been looking for size 2 ring everywhere coz I have small ring finger. I have to wear size 2 ring over my engagement ring which is size 3 (with ring adjuster in it) and wedding ring size 2.5 so I can wear it without losing it! I found NORM jewels and OMGGGGGGGG, I'm so happy! I was like there's no way they make size 2! hahahah got my order after 18 days though, but its okay!!! It's perfect and it matches my wedding ring. Thanks also to their staff who response all the time to my email. Will be buying more here for sure!!!

I would have given 5 stars but my wife said 4 because she is never completely happy :)

The longest I’ve waited…

The ring itself looks fine, but the process of ordering to the point of delivery was terrible.

I order the ring in late December 2023 and asked then if it was going to be delivered before 10th Jan, they said yes.

Based on this I ordered, the ring arrived second week of January - it didn’t fit even though we measured her finger before ordering!

I asked for a swap, they CHARGED me for delivery and alteration when all they had to do was charge for delivery and send correct ring. I paid an extra £25 on top! The ring then arrived on the 2nd/3rd week of February! - bearing in mind or ordered and paid in December!

Worst of all, the ring STILL DIDN’T FIT!

I paid extra again to get it fitted but this time I went to the local jewellers.

My advise to you if you’re reading this as a potential customer is to stay well away!

You’ve been warned.
