Minimal Star Pave Band Ring in Gold

Very simple and delicate, got for my 30th 😌

Positive things first: I adore the design and think the ring as well as the quality in most aspects is gorgeous. The price is also quite reasonable for what it is.
However, there is either an issue with quality control or the sizing chart. I ordered a ring in a UK size 9 which is supposed to have an inner circumfrence of 60mm. All the rings I own with a 60mm circumfrence (measured at the jeweler) fit me perfectly, the ring I ordered from Norm however was too small and only measured at 59mm. While this is not a huge difference this makes the ring much closer to a size 8,5 rather than a size 9. After quite a bit of back and forth with customer service Norm was willing to exchange the ring and I got a new one in a size 9.5 just to be safe. The size is supposed to have an inner circumfrence of 60.9mm, but measured at exactly 60mm. I am perfectly happy with the fit, however now the size 9.5 fits like the size 9 was supposed to.
I strongly encourage to size up at least half a size, if you are looking at the inner circumfrence as your reference, especially if you are ordering from the EU as the back and forth with customer service as well as customs was quite a hassle and took well over a month.

I bought this ring about a year and a bit ago and the first one I got unfortunately had three stones fall out however when I talked to customer support we emailed for a bit and then they got me to send my faulty ring out to them and they sent me a new one that so far has been perfect and it's been I want to say almost a year with no issues with my current ring.
