Despite the fact that I returned the ring, which was not the fault of Norm jewels, it was just I hadn't realised the width wasn't as big as I imagined but it was a lovely little ring. .Great customer service throughout and refunded without any quibble.

I’m wearing my ring everyday, just not on the finger I originally intended it for because it turned out too big. When I wanted to get it resized in my home country (Norm’s suggestion since I’m based overseas), I was told the ring is “hollow” inside and so they advised against it as the ring might end up misshaped. Anyway, Norm’s exchange fees would have been $20, with the cost of sending it back borne by me. I decided to just keep the ring because it wouldn’t have been cost effective for the back and forth. Sharing my story so overseas buyers know what to expect.
