Beautiful but doesn’t seem high quality for price

This ring is SO cute. But I’ve had it for a week and it’s already so scratched. I thought this was a faulty ring so I was sent a replacement but the same thing happened with the replacement literally within days. Great customer service for the most part but disappointed in the quality for the price.
