Purchased this ring in white gold for my sons 18th. It was too big, so I contacted the customer service for an exchange. Wonderfully simple and helpful service which exchanged the ring for the correct t size. I also requested the new ring to be engraved which I was very pleased with. Great value

I had this made in white gold & engraved in my own design. Customer service was very helpful & the mockup was sent quickly. I wanted a very petite signet ring so this size is perfect & it’s very comfortable to wear on the index finger. It probably took about 3 weeks total from the time I ordered til it arrived from UK to Australia. I would recommend Norm Jewels for sure
