Tennis Bracelet in Gold

My partner bought me this beautiful tennis bracelet and I absolutely love it! I wear it everyday… Unfortunately, I did however have a terrible experience when purchasing the full eternity ring in gold from Norm Jewels which has resulted in me not purchasing from them again. A stone fell out within a few months of having the ring. I contacted norm jewels and they offered to replace the ring if I returned it. I was told to cover postage initially but I would be reimbursed. I returned the ring and as a bit of time had passed I reached out for an update. Norm jewels replied promptly, advising the ring would be shipped the next day however I never received any information on the reimbursement of shipping cost to return the ring. The new ring arrived and in less than a week another stone had fallen out. I contacted norm jewels once again who expressed their apologies and advised they would replace the ring with another of my choosing from their site. I picked out the new ring and was asked to pay the price difference between the two items. I then picked a ring a little closer to the initial ring cost. Once they confirmed which size I was after, again I was asked to be the slight difference. I asked to pay the difference, less the previous shipping cost that I was never reimbursed for. They agreed. Once I had paid, Norm Jewels then requested I return the faulty ring (for the second time). I was very upset that I was being asked to return the ring once again, meaning I would again be out of pocket for the shipping cost, in addition to having just paid the price difference between the two items. I asked norm jewels to disregard the above and requested a refund for the ring. They advised that the time for a refund had passed and when I asked what my options were they advised the only option was to return the faulty ring (for the second time) to receive the new ring. I therefore asked for a refund of the replacement ring and advised norm jewels that I would be leaving an honest review and would not be shopping here again. I then received an email saying they would now consider a refund as this is the second time I have had an issue with the ring but I would still need to return the faulty item. I am deeply disappointed with my experience shopping with norm jewels and would not recommend.
