I ordered the Celtic braided knot ring in white gold. It is absolutely gorgeous and completes my wedding set perfectly.
The ring itself is as shown and seems to be high quality. It is very pretty. There is however nothing on Norms website that indicates when you order that US customs is holding orders up for a month. I selected three day shipping so I expected maybe I would get this with in a week. I bought this as a gift and was very disappointed in the time it took to get to me. I had to initiate all the communication on my order, there was no notification that things were delayed. Norm gave me a 5% discount for the wait, not very generous in my opinion. I wish there was something at check out that would have indicated the potential for this kind of delay. I would order again as I am happy with the jewelry, but I have not had anything I have ever ordered take this long to come. Given jewelry is often purchased as a gift it feels deceitful to indicate that they are providing 3 day shipping, without spelling out that customs could hold this up indefintly with no recourse for expediting it.
Bought this ring as a birthday present for my girlfriend, she loved it. Looks amazing on her and quality is great :) also they’re super responsive and helpful if you have any questions on shipping!

The bamboo ring is beautifully made, delicate but well done with the design still visible in spite of the ring being so thin. Ideal to stack.

Please allow for some delivery time to the Netherlands as the jewelry still needs to clear customs. Because the UK is no longer part of the EU, customs duties will be added. This is indicated on their website, so I wasn't surprised. In my case, this was approximately 12% of the purchase price.
The seashell ring is lovely and Norm were very helpful when I needed to change the size. Highly recommended.
I bought this ring about a year and a bit ago and the first one I got unfortunately had three stones fall out however when I talked to customer support we emailed for a bit and then they got me to send my faulty ring out to them and they sent me a new one that so far has been perfect and it's been I want to say almost a year with no issues with my current ring.
